Pullups: 10,2,2,2 (wrist starting hurting or I think i could have done a set of 6 instead of the 2s)

I will admit I am pretty sore today. I think I might finish the week out and next week start at L3 and see how that goes. Thanks for the advice and for stopping by.
I went ahead and took your advice and went to level 3. I felt good while doing them but really wanted under 3:00.
Felt pretty good, didnt do as good on the pullups as I would have liked. I plan to stay at level 3 again next week.
Really didnt feel like working out today…Starting kipping the pull ups about midway. Was not really happy with my results, maybe D2 will be better.
with that time (under 5 minutes) you should go to at least level 4.
