    Any suggestions for an efficient ab routine?

    I do planks when I watch TV. I also do l-hangs for a few rounds of pullups for most WO’s.

    Exercise suggestions from my post to iblumenfeld’s log earlier:

    A decent ab routine should be 4-6 exercises, where the first two should be low-rep, demanding or difficult exercises, whilst the final two to four should be high-repetition, “easier” exercises. (Yes, I’ve been reading Ross Enamait)

    I leave it up to you to figure out what is demanding and what is easy :-)

    Here are a bunch of core stuff, pick five and cycle through them 5 times. Stop each one when you start to shake allot. Google for them or look on drills and skills.

    back extension

    front plank

    side plank

    swimmers

    bicycles

    bridge

    quadroped

    lizards

    hip rollers

    superman

    side crunch

    belly angels

    kick backs

    evil wheel

    l-hang

    l-sit

    hallow hold

    body tighteners

    wind shield wipers

    knee’s to chest
