I stumbled on simplefit.org when I searched for resistance training exercises. I’ve got an “Iron Gym” pullup bar and have been doing some exercises on my own every MWF, but I lacked structure (and leg work).
I’m an avid cyclist, but I haven’t had time to get back out on the trail and since I got married, I’ve been too busy to go to a gym. I was really interested in the ability to exercise at home without any special tools (or at least minimal tools) and simplefit just fit the bill for me.
Thanks for the site, I’m going to finish out my normal exercises this week and start simplefit on Monday. This is an excellent program and I’m super excited to start!
