    New trainee here!

    I’m a 43 y/o male, 71″ weighing in @ 195 lbs.

    I’ve been into fitness all my adult life since getting out of the USMC back in the early ’90s. Biking, weights and martial arts mostly.

    I found and think this is an excellent yet simple workout program. I’m a big believer in keeping it simple. I tried the crossfit work outs but found them to be too convoluted and equipment dependent.

    I started at level 6 two weeks ago. For me seems to be a good starting point. I have added a max set of incline sit ups as a warm up and like to do some stairclimber (18-36 min) at the end.
