Hello everyone, I ran into this website a couple of weeks ago,and have been reading a lot here,IM 58 yrs. have been working out for yrs.the last 15 yrs. doing bodyweight only workouts, so I want to try something else,bodyweight wise,and this looks great,Im in pretty good shape,but I have a couple of questions,first I’m getting over back to back rotator cuff surgeries on my left shoulder,next month will be a yr.since my second surgery,so I’m not able to do pull ups. so I’m for a suggestion for a replacement exercise for pull ups? I’m thinking of maybe TRX inverted rows,and second I’m having a issue with my obliques,I need to trim them down some ,my front abs are fine, but those darn obliques need some work,any suggestions? I know there is no direct ab work with the program,so would maybe some extra ab work after the workout would help? I loved to run, but 25 yrs of running have caught up to my knees,so I need to do something else,Another reason that this program interests me is I saw a picture of Cheapo,and he look great and looks to be in great shaoe,that helped get me inspired for this program,Is he still around?
