Looks like you guys have a good community here, so I just started out with the program. Just have a couple questions….
I max out at around 12 pull-ups (USMC compliant) per rep, and this is my ‘limiting reagent’ if you will. After looking at the Day 3 WOD’s, I decided to start at level 2. Today I did 35 reps in 20 minutes. By the end I was doing groups of 3’s (3 Pull/9push/12sq) and was feeling good. I feel like I can knock out Day 2 in a minute and a half, but the 13 pull-ups in a row on Day 3 will definitely challenge me. Is this a good thing? Should I advance levels and divide day 3 into several reps of 10 pull ups? What do you guys do?
