Ive been looking for a simple program to add to running to help with weight loss, but I’m a little confused about the squats. Are these squats with or without weight? Does anyone have a link for proper technique?
This program is all about bodyweight exercises so no extra weights needed, unless your past level 8 and doing some extra advanced version…
