    Level 1 -Day 2

    5 Rounds – 1:12

    Felt easy but I’m taking going to move through the program progressively. Can’t wait to get rocking with the later levels.

    L1 Day 2 – 1:52 total time not including rests

    I went up to L3 Day 3 to see what I could do and completed it in 2:49. Feel like puking! Good stuff!

    That’s a great start! You should be well into level 4, maybe even 5. You rocked the first 3 levels, pretty soon you’ll find the level that will start rocking you.

    Thanks a lot KTG. Fell off b/c of work and fam but did L4 D1 today. Got in 27 rounds. Felt good.

    So guess that’s 54 pull ups, 108 pushups and 162 squats. Aight!

    L4 D3 – 4:22. Rough! Definitely going to be stuck on L5 for a while. Maybe I should just go through this again, in fact that’s what I’m going to do.

    Nice work! Level 5 might finally slow you down a little, but given how you smashed level 4, I wouldn’t think you’ll be on 5 for too long.

    Work and life been in the way, need to get more workouts in.

    L5 D3 – I stopped at 5 min instead of completing all. Oops. Did 23 pullups, 43 pushups, 51 squats.

    I mixed them up, prefer that rather than wasting time on waiting for my lats and bis too cool down and doing nothing.

    Until Simplefit becomes an Olympic event, everyone gets to do it however they want. Still, just FYI, the norm for D3 is to do all of the pull-ups, then all of the push-ups, and then the squats. Each of the exercises gets broken up into whatever sets and whatever rests are necessary to get through. Super-sets are for D1 and D2. Pushing the muscles through the cool-down phases (and shortening those rests) is a big part of the D3 workout.

    L5 D2 – 4:35 Good stuff. More than 30 seconds faster than last time.

    L5 D3 – 8:20. Thanks to KTG for telling me how to complete this day. Was tough.

    Lots of rest during the pulls – about 4:45 just for them in a 6-5-4-4-3-4 patter. Pushups I got 21-14-5-5-6. 8:20 total. Back to L5 D1.

    Great times! Doing D3 sequentially is a lot tougher. Figuring out how to program the reps and the rests is key.
