    For time:

    100 Pull-ups

    100 Push-ups

    100 Sit-ups

    100 Squats

    Some of these guys are doing it in less than 20 minutes. Thats pretty impressive.

    Yeah, but not out of reach as these are kipping pull ups if you can do 10 dead hang you can probably do 20 kipping.
