For advanced members interested here is a one month cycle:
do week 1
then week 2
then week 3
then do a real mellow week of your choice (monthly active rest)
then start on week 1 again.
throw the tabata stuff in once in a while for pain.. I mean fun.

week 4 any of the above at reduced level
Cool, I think I’m going to try these after I finally beat level 5.
The 1 leg squats do both legs right? so if it says 5x6reps, do 6 reps one leg then 6 the other?
