Trying to follow the Paleo diet as much as possible. I’ve noticed that I seem to be getting this rubber leg type feeling quite a bit.
I typically have 2 eggs/3 sausage for breakfast and some meat, veggies, fruit for lunch etc. According to Fitday, I have around 1700 calories usually.
I used to consume a lot of soda and sugar foods like cake, cookies for snacks.
Does this feeling go away after a week or so? Meaning that the body needs to adjust itself.
Try eating some carbs like grapes or raisins 15 min before you work out see if that makes a difference.
