    Thread to log my progress.

    L3D1: 18 rounds

    complete pullups: 9×2, 4×1

    negative pullups; 4×1, 5×2

    pushups: 18×3

    squats: 18×5

    Total:

    pullups: 22 + 3.5 = 25.5

    pushups: 54

    squats: 90

    Not really but then i never felt particularly challenged by Level 1 or Level 2. I think I am at my level now so I want to log progress.

    Yeah I understand about the being challenged part for the lower levels. Eventually when I complete level 8 I plan on starting back at level 1 with harder variations either weight vest or hindu pushups and than change to towel pullups, and probably still a weight vest for the squats. But as it is I am being very challenged on level 7 go figure. Good job on your L3D2 workout.

    Not sure if hindu pushups are harder. May be you meant dive bombers in which you come up the same you way you went down. Hits the shoulders and triceps harder than hindu pushups.

    I do different variations of the exercises all the time. I particularly like hindu pushups and hindu squats as they are great for endurance. You should try mixing them into your workout especially on Day 1.

    Total:

    pullups: 30 + 6 (about 6 were only half way through)

    pushups: 54

    squats: 90+20

    Good job man. Your numbers look good. 110 squats I bet those legs feel rubbery lol.

    Took longer than last time. Perhaps because I took 2 min breaks instead of 3.

    Later that day also experimented with narrow grip pullups, diamond pushups (legs apart) and pistol squats (couch height). Considering moving to harder exercises on strength day (especially for squats).

    close grips pullups: 4×3

    diamond pushups: 3×10

    pistol: 2×10
