Hi, I’ve been on the Simplefit routine for a couple of months now and managed to get to L6 with towel vertical rows. With this new year, I decided to move up on it and start doing L1 with normal bodyrows. During my first 6 levels I used to do D3 in parts, for example: If I had to do 48 towels rows, I split them in 16×3; or if I had to do 32 push ups, I made 16×2 (sit ups were never a problem). And thus, I managed to move on level after level.

My question now is, was this the proper way? Or did I had to do the whole 48 in a single pull, then the 32 on a single pull?

No, you don’t need to do a single pull for any of the three days. However, any rest time between repetitions counts against the total time elapsed. Just pause and pick up again where you had stopped.

    Thanks for the answer, Cairn.
