    Hey, I’ve got a question.


    for time

    10 pull-ups

    21 push-ups

    21 squats


    Do 10 pull-ups, then 21 push-ups, then 21 squats as quickly as you can counting any rest time taken.

    What does “rest time” here mean? Does it mean resting btwn the exercises OR is it ok make sets, like 5-10-10 – rest – 5-11-11?


    Ideally, Day 3 is done with no rest time. If you need to rest (and most of us do) the rest time is counted.

    You can rest whenever you like; between sets or in the middle of them.

    You can break the sets up as much as necessary. (10 pull-ups can be done in 2 sets of 5, 10 sets of one, etc.)
