    Hey guys.

I was wondering; would it be all right to insert some sit-ups into the reps aswell?

    Like this:

    L1D1

    1 pull-ups

    2 push-ups

    3 sit-ups

    3 squats

Would that work or is that a no-no? I feel like the abs could use some more focus :)

    Thanks in advance!

It isn’t a bad idea to add them, but they’re not necessary.

All three exercises engage the core, including the abdominals.

    Hey Cheapo!

Thanks a lot for your answer!

I’ve actually been doing the program with the sit-ups for a few weeks now, and it seems to work really well, so I think I’m gonna stick with it, even though it isn’t nescessary. :)

It’s adding a bit more to my time obviously, so do you have any suggestion on when I should move up a level? I know it’s 5 minutes without the sit-ups.

    Thanks in advance! :)

    I’ve got no advice about appropriate times for a SF routine that has sit-ups fully integrated (i.e. Day 1 Level 1: 1 Pull-Up, 2 Push-Ups, 3(?) Sit-Ups, 3 Squats).

    You’re building your own program!

You could just do a bunch of sit-ups after completing your SF workout.

Do your situps after completing your D3 workout so you can get your time.

Thank you to both of you for your answers!

I appreciate the advice, I’m going to do the sit-ups after I’ve finished the program instead.

    Again – thanks a bunch! :)

Good luck in your training endeavours!
