    hi everyone this is my first post so stay with me, on day three do you just do one round as fast as possible. ive got more qeastions but dont want to over do it on my first post.


    complete all the movements with as little rest as possible while using good form (full range of motion). Your can break the sets as needed just finish one movement before going on to the next.
