    What does this stuff mean:

    “max rounds in 20 min”

    “5 rounds for time “

    “for time”

    ??

    Also every time I try to squat it feels like I’m going to fall over. I about busted my ass once. How do I do them without getting all off balance?

    If you feel like you are going to fall over when squatting, try putting a book under you heels and see if that helps. If it does you just need to stretch out your calves more.
