I realize you vomited back in Dec. 2008, but based on your lack of success in sticking with SF, I think you should dial the intensity of your workouts down a few notches. A super-intense workout requires greater recovery time or might hurt your performance on the next workout. Setbacks like that increase the chance you won’t stick with it.
Do the workouts regularly, don’t blow a gasket. After a few weeks you can start pouring it on, (every now and then).
lack of succes didn’t come from too big intensity, but because of some private sitations. I just didn’t have any motivation to workout. Back in december, I was working out every day, and had brazilian jiu jitsu lessons three times a week, and I had enough strenght and stamina for all of that.
