    Looking ahead to the future in Week 2 Challenge.

    1 pull up, 1 dip, etc.

    I have elite rings. Does it take some practice to quickly raise/lower rings from pull up position to dip position so time isn’t wasted?

    Anyone do this?

    It would be a good idea to mount the rings about shoulder height more or less so you can do an L-pullup/bent legs pullup and then jump up and do a dip. Either that or mount them higher and then put some sort of box you can step up on behind so that you can do a dip.

    Adjusting them everytime you need to do one is not very efficient and will hinder your workout.
