    ok, my goals for now:

    30 september

    Done:

    doing level 3 from start already

    Going to:

    level 5 at the end of october.

    food goals:

    and eating 2 fruits a day and drinking 3 liters of water a day.

    and cut short on the snacks to none at all.

    Personal info, me:

    85 kg.

    17 yrs old.

    1.97 cm. (yeah i’m pretty tall :P)

    weight goal:

    80 kg and keeping that and in time a 6-pack ;)! but thats just a bonus.
