    I want to just make a weekly post so i dont have 80 million pages. plus it will look better.

    4/23/07 – 4/29/07

    Day 1: Level 1 20 rounds

    Day 2: –

    Day 3: 5 rounds @ ~ 4 mins

    Day 4: 2 mile run (casual pace)

    Day 5: – (emergency plans came up)

    I’m currently on my second week right now so i will post that when im done with the second week.

    edit: i spelled log wrong. ha

    im here, had a good day yesterday. 17 day 1 level 2’s in 20 mins. i only post my workout at weeks end so it doesnt clutter up the log. i like organization i guess.

    Day 4: Tennis

    Day 5: 13pull/26push/26squat – 4:35:00

    Technically it says i should move to level 3 but i dont know about those pull ups, thats my bottleneck right now…[/u]
