As I said in my goals, I just finished my freshman year of college, with all of the added weight and out-of-shape-ness that it entails, and I’m looking to drop back into a healthy weight and get back in shape, hopefully to start rock climbing again (these piles of pullups with DEFINITELY help me with that goal).
Starting stats (as of a few weeks ago, before I started):
male, 19 years old, 5’4″
waist ???, weight: 150ish pounds
(after a few weeks of watching what I eat, and 2 weeks of working out):
still male! still 19! still 5’4″ (sigh)
still no idea what my waist size is.
141 pounds (yay!)
BF 19.8% on a cheap electronic scale thing. Probably not accurate.
I finished L1 this week (2’29” day 3) and I’m looking forward to tackling level 2 next week. This is fun…
UGH! 8 months later, and I am horrifically out of shape! As the summer’s starting, I have the same goals — get back to a healthy weight and have a fit and useful body.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to turn some of that excess weight into muscle. I’ll be starting from L2D1 today and then hopefully doing SF workouts combined with rowing on the Concept2 rower (tabatas and the like).
