    I get a sharp pain in my shoulders now, it was only during exercises at first now it’s happens through out the day. I am going to take it light next week, mainly work on abs/core. What else should I do to get my shoulders back to 100%?

    Funny I just jacked my shoulder 2nd time trying to go to deep on ring dips, you’d think I would learn.

    I tore something I can feel it, last time I tore my rotator cuff and labrum and it feels similar I will just do core and legs for 6 weeks :( + lots and lots of ice and some NSAIDs.

    Try resting it for a week lots of ice and some NSAIDs then see how you feel.

    I am going to change the workout around and do stability ball crunches and back extensions instead of push/pull ups. Additionally I am going to spend a lot of time on my lower back, glutes, and support muscles. Plus some 400 and 800 meter runs instead of sprints. I’ll do this until mid July when I go on vacation for a week. When I get back I should be back in business.
