I get a sharp pain in my shoulders now, it was only during exercises at first now it’s happens through out the day. I am going to take it light next week, mainly work on abs/core. What else should I do to get my shoulders back to 100%?
I am going to change the workout around and do stability ball crunches and back extensions instead of push/pull ups. Additionally I am going to spend a lot of time on my lower back, glutes, and support muscles. Plus some 400 and 800 meter runs instead of sprints. I’ll do this until mid July when I go on vacation for a week. When I get back I should be back in business.
