I have been doing simplefit for about 3 weeks now. Only 2 weeks are actually logged however. I can tell it is working so far. I just asked my mom if she noticed anything different while I was outside with my shirt off and she said it looks like I am losing fat around my midsection.
My question is, if I want to lose fat should I add some cardio on my off days? I really am not a huge running fan and do not have a bike either. I’m trying to improve my basketball handling skills and figure I could just jog up and down the road while dribbling the ball. I also have a jump rope but am not sure how long to jump for on my off days.
Shoot me some ideas everyone! Thanks for any help.
yeah just take your time and eat right and you will see the fat continue to fall off. Just be patient you can only lose 2-3 lbs of fat a week if you lose more than that it is most likely water and muscle. Simplefit 3 times a week is more than adequate.
just simplefit and if necessary, some dietary changes ( portion control and less bad snacks) will go a long way. You can also add in some cardio for a bit faster burn-off. I’ve been going for 4 months, and lost what I believe is at least 20 lbs of fat and gained at least 10 lbs of muscle. I only recently walk/run (intervals) 1.4 miles after my workouts. Previously, I did it only once a week.
