Simplefit clarification

    Hi,

    I had a doubt with regards to this and was hoping someone could clarify. On the Simplefit bodyweight exercises page it says

    Do the 3 different workouts (days 1, 2, 3) 3 times each week (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

    Does that mean:

    Monday – Day 1

    Tuesday – Rest

    Wednesday – Day 2

    Thursday – Rest

    Friday – Day 3

    Saturday – Rest

    Sunday – Rest

    Or does that mean:

    Monday – Day 1

    Tuesday – Day 2

    Wednesday – Day 3

    Thursday – Day 1

    Friday – Day 2

    Saturday – Day 3

    Sunday – ??

    In the 2nd case you don’t end up covering all day’s 3 times, so I’m guessing it is the first. I would love to get started on this program, so if someone could clarify for me it would be great :)

    Option #1 is the recommended approach. Rest is good!
