    Lunch: Strawberries and blueberries

    Snack: Apple

    Dinner: Huge sandwich with bread, cheeze, meat and mayo (to say goodbye, I love those sandwiches 😉 )

    Lunch: Blueberries and strawberries

    Snack: Apple

    Dinner: Chicken and green beans

    Great work!

    Be sure to include protien, carbohydrates, and fats in all meals. Snacks can be just fat, or protien carbohydrates and fat, but not carbs by themselves as this can raise insulin levels.

    Lunch: Strawberries, grapes

    Snack: Apple

    Dinner: Pistachios, 4 Bud Lights (oh noes, party night ;/)

    Sunday, April 1st

    Breakfast: Biscuts and gravy, hash browns, toast

    Snack: Snickers

    Lunch: Pizza Hut Buffet

    Another Snack: Bag of Ruffles

    Dinner: Baked chicken pasta with cheeze, alfredo and marinara

    Dessert: Brownie Fudge Sundae

    Lunch: 4 tbsp all natural peanutbutter on celery

    Dinner: lettuce, cucumber, mushroom, tomato(e?), green pepper, onion, chicken salad (2 tbsp ranch dressing, 2 tbsp buffalo sauce)

    Don’t count the peanut butter as protein it has very low bio availability. Peanut butter is about 75% fat so enjoy but don’t go nuts with it.

    Ewwww, peanut butter. I never liked that stuff… probably because I wore braces/retainers/wires for 1/2 of my life and peanut butter was a mortifying experience.

    I should start a food log… it would be AWFUL. 😳

    Lets summarize my crappy relapse for those at home:

    Breakfast: none

    Lunch: salad buffet

    Dinner: Various fast food crap; appletizer samplers from tgif, buffalo wild wings and bennegans; multiple hotdogs (quick and easy! :? ); pizza; cheeze baked pasta; chicken wings; etc.

    At any rate, diving back in… head first.
