Kevin, Kudos to you. I think your site is great! It is a simple program to follow. I have studied karate for over 30 years, run, lifted weights and done various other physical activities. I gave all of it up due to a knee injury and lack of interest. Needless to say I gained weight. I tried various other regimes in trying to get back in shape and condition. I am 54 and was 200lbs. when I began this program. That was 4 weeks ago. I have been watching my diet and have been following the workouts. I currently weigh 190lbs. and will continue training. I will keep you posted.

Hey glad you like it, sorry to hear about your knee injury. One of the main considerations in the program design was zero impact because of a low back problem I have. I wanted something that would be accessible to everybody.
