It’s a pretty “simple” program. Just start your week off with day 1. then do day 2 then do day 3. Choose your level. If you get under 5 minutes on day 3 advance your level. For example:
[Monday] Level 1 Day 1 or L1D1: 20 rounds
[Wednesday] L1D2: 12 minutes
[Friday] L1D3: 8 minutes
In the above example you stay on Level one because you didn’t get under 5 minutes. You can choose the days you do each but it is recommended you complete them in order. The goal really is to start out soft, each week beat your previous score on each workout, then advance when you beat the five minutes. For example:
L1D1: 22 rounds
L1D2: 11 minutes
In the 2nd week because you broke 5 minutes you get to move to level 2. Good luck!
