[*]I do not have a timer, thus the day 2 and day 3 workouts are +/- a minute
[*]I set up a chair near the pullup bar, and when I get to the point that I cant pull myself up anymore I lightly press on the chair with my big toes. I try to use this as a little as possible and with as little force as possible.
My day one sets are fine; I’ve got a clock hung on my wall, I just measure 20 minutes using that. I do have a kitchen timer though, maybe I can just put it up for twenty minutes and see how long it takes me for day two and three.
You know I didnt think of using computer software for a timer, but you gave me that idea. That Pizza Timer you suggested actually counts down, which would be good for day ones (and for making pizza, too!). I mostly needed a timer for day two and threes.
Anyway, I looked around. If anyone stumbles across this thread and it helps ’em out, good =]
