First day.. I’ve always been a cardio guy, but I need to strengthen and make my upper body less “jelly-like.” I have NEVER had much upper body strength so the pullups are killer..
Did Level 1 day one with too much rest in between. The hardest part will be keeping going every day, particularly considering where I am starting from. I am not used to not being able to do something. Really not sure IF I will be able to accomplish added pullups….
