Just to clarify pull ups on day 3 can be done in broken sets, just complete all pull ups before you go on to push ups.

If you need to do 5 total take a 2-3 minute break between each one if thats what it takes. If you need to do 20 take a 2-3 minute break between each 3 or 4 whatever works best for you and then jam through you push ups and squats.

day 2 and day 3 should be around 15 – 30 min workouts so break your sets to make the most of the time.

–Try not to go to failure in any set–

    Cheers

I’m going to change things up a bit. So far I’ve been using resistance bands to assist my pull-ups and straight off of the floor push-ups.

I think what I’m going to start doing now is: on days two and three doing jump assisted pull-ups and ring push-ups on days 2 and 3. I’m also going to add a minute of jumping rope to the day 2 rounds just to up the intensity a bit.

I’m so glad you posted this. I ran into this problem so I moved on to the next exercise then went back to pull ups.

    Thanks

    I’m confused.

If day 3 is supposed to be a 15-30 min workout then how come we are aiming for under 5 mins??

Maybe im timeing wrong. For day 3 i time the total time it takes me to do the workout. the second i start to the second i finish.

    Is this the correct way?

We are not really aiming for 5 min that is just an indicator of when it is time to move on up. You are timing correctly.
