    Hey all!

    I just finished L1D1 and it was fun! I am sweating quite a bit. Quick question: is 25 rounds too much? Should I go up a level? I did 3 push ups most rounds, but on the flip side I was doing body rows on the bench as my gym and apartment has no pull up bar. I hope to have one at my new apartment gym when I move this week, if not will find a bar at the local park starting next week. I’m by no means in shape at 5’8 225 and about 32% BF, but also don’t underestimate myself.

    What do you all think? Stay on L1 until I can see if I can do a pull-up or move ahead and work on building up pull-ups if I can’t do them later?

    Week 1 Day 1: L1, 25 rounds plus 5 min. warm up & 10 min. cool down on elliptical and 15 min. full body stretch

    Congrats on finishing day 1, it is a fun great program. Dont worry about how many rounds you did on day one, the more the better. Day 3 is judgement day. If you can do it in 5 minutes or less, then you can move up. I actually did 25 rounds on day 1 in my program, but I’m still more than a minute off on day 3, so I will stay put. Stay with it and have a great time!

    You’re likely ready for L3, but I would still recommend working through the levels in order. You’ll arrive at a level where it gets noticeably tougher soon enough.
