    23, ~5′ 10″, 130-135LBS. I’m a full time college student and employee, and have a hugely sedentary lifestyle right now. My goal with this is the fact that I can do it within my apartment, without requiring equipment or anything besides my pullup bar.

    L1D1 – Hugely winded, had to take several breaks, but in 20m I hit my goal of 50 sets.

    L1D2 – Approximately 3m

    L1D3 – 1m 27s. Level 2, baby!

    i reckon with 50 rounds on L1D1, you are punching WAY under your weight! give L4 a go.

    Think I should swap over from L1D1 to L4D2 tomorrow, or just go through the rest of the week on L1 then start next week on L4? My main concern is the fact that this is the most strenuous activity I’ve done in a while, and I was insanely winded after those 50 reps.

    other people that started SF on L1 and realized that it was too easy, nevertheless finished the lvl, then did L2, then L3, until they got to the lvl that was right for them.

    maybe you should also do that. at least it will give you a good idea of what the program is like, so by the time you reach you’re lvl, the “teething” problems should have been sorted out.

    That sounds like a logical progression, so I’ll work up to that through the coming weeks.

    L2D1 – 40 sets.

    L2D2 – 3:30

    L2D3 – 1:59. Level 3, here I come!
