Started this week on this. I’m trying to get in better shape and have been eating mostly primal for three years now. I am 5’11” and weight 165.
*** Heh, I just read that I’m suppose to rest 3 minutes between each set. I just did all sets straight through. I’ll know next time. 🙄
I guess I’ll move up to L2 for this week.

Great work! You’ll be up a few levels in no time. Don’t worry, though, the time will come when it will get tougher.
Been busy over the past week so it has been hard to get workouts in. Managed day 3 though and some running.
After running the Warrior Dash in October I haven’t done much of anything. I started this again today and can hopefully keep it going this time.
