At the end of Ross Enamait’s excellant book “the under ground guide to warrior fitness”, Ross lists this challenge…
500 Body weight squats
100 Push ups
20 Pull ups
15 1 Legged squats per leg
50 Finger push ups
15 Handstand push ups
5 Minute plank
Is any one game?
Also the book is 180 pages of workouts, nutrition and moves that are entirely body weight exercises. In fact the sub line to the book is ‘no gym membership required’.
Woohoo, that’s an awesome, but pretty advanced workout !!
My score’s unit might be days if not weeks 😆
The 500 squats alone would probably kill me!!! 😯
I’ve actually been thinking of getting some of Ross’s books to add some variety.
