    Just got measured by the Dr. at 21% BF and 210 Lbs. That means 44lbs of fat and 166 lbs lean mass. Long term goal is going to be something like 200lbs at 12% BF. That would mean losing 20lbs of fat and adding 10 lbs of muscle.

    Short Term goals:

    10 straight pullups (at 5 right now)

    25 straight pushups

    lose 5lbs of fat which should get me to 19% BF


    wow, cross one off the list already. Last time I tried a straight set of pushups, I BARELY made 20. Last night on a whim, I cranked out 30 straight perfect form pushups!

    I guess my new goal is 40 straight pushups.
