Loose fat and overall body weight, tone my mass muscle, especially my lats, chest and quads. Increase my bench with all those push-ups and have fun!

Good stuff, another great way to also look at goals is to focus on performance and body composition will follow, for example you could set a goal of what level you would like to be able to complete in under 30 min.
ID be happy to be able to complete level 8 under 30 minutes
