    19yo 250lbs Male

    I weight lift regularly but am looking for a way to burn fat!

    Chest:48.5in

    thighs:25in

    Bench press Max:315lbs

    The burn feels great!

    Should this be a supplement to my weight lifting or should I just focus on this?
