    I’ve been meaning to get around to posting up my times over the last 10 or so weeks since starting out on this program. So, here’s me finally getting around to doing just that. Workout days are Mon/Wed/Fri.

    Week 1 – Mon 21st Sept

    L1D1 : 23 rounds

    Was tempted to move onto L2 with a time so close to the 5 minute mark, but I figured I’d stick with the plan, and only move when time is under 5:00.

    Ok, that’s 10 week’s records entered and brings me up to date. Looking at the above list makes it look like not very much work, but everyone of those individual entries is a tough old slog, which I’m sure you’re all well aware of. I’m finding pushups to be the toughest to get through, with long/frequent rest periods on the D3 set of pushups. Hopefully they’ll get easier.

    On the whole though, I’m very happy with the progress so far. The numbers above speak for themselves, and there’s a significant improvement reflected back out of the mirror!

    I’d taken a forced timeout from running lately thanks to ITB pain in my right knee. Finally got back out with a pain-free knee and got 3x 5k runs in during the week also.

    Take it easy with the ITB. That can really hurt when it flares up!
