    Just started Simplefit this week. I did 10 minutes (not 20) of 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups and 3 squats on Monday. I did 5 reps of 3 pull-ups, 6 push-ups and 10 squats today in 12 minutes.

    I do the pull-ups at the gym using about 120-140lbs of resistance (I weigh in at 274). I do modified push-ups, using my knees as a pivot point. Girly, I know, but fat-boy here is a wuss!

    My muscles are sore, but I feel great!

    Starting with 10 minutes isn’t a bad idea. The soreness that follows a neophyte’s first Day 1 often makes their first Day 2 difficult or even impossible. Maybe you’ll miss out on that!

    Ubu, nice job. I started the weight loss process 2 years ago at 265. I’m now down to 175. There’s nothing girly about struggling to make things happen…nothing. First time I attempted pushups 7/2009…I was able to do…three regluar ones…the knee pushups will help get you there. I can pound out 30-35 now, rest a little then do more.
