I suppose I should post this.
[check]– Do 1 full dead-hang pull-up
– Take back 7 years of my life in body composition (see image below)
– Get back to a 36/38 waist and be comfortable without my shirt on.
(added 9-25-07 )– Do the polar bear plunge at Frozen Dead Guy Days in March, dressed as a Spartan (except boxer briefs and cape, no speedo’esque shorts)

added a goal I forgot to include the first time… One of the biggest motivators I’ve had to get started.
Goal #1: check.
Thats some chilly stuff. I did a plunge in the antarctic several years ago. It was for an initiation for being one of a few who have actually been to the South Pole. Man talk about cold!
