Had a “trial day” yesterday (mostly because I want to coincide workouts with the week better and all). So did L1/D1 to get a feel for how this would be. Have to say, a lot more effective than anything I’ve tried so far. I’m still sore from the squats 😡
Only issue I have is the pullups. I know you can buy a bar for them, but not really an option at the moment (intend to later if I can keep this going). So in the meanwhile I’m substituting sit-ups instead.
I’m also not exactly in shape, but rather slim anyways. 6’4″ and 175 lbs. So I am anxious to see what results this’ll have for me. I also have basic to get ready for so I’m glad this can help me with my pushups (which I am sorely lacking in).
