    Age – 21

    Height – 5’3.5″

    Weight – 110 lbs

    Yes I’m so damn short and pathetically skinny. By my looks everyone think that I’m a 16 year old guy. Blame my genetics or fate or whatever, this is what I am now.

    So time has come to do some real work and make myself strong and ripped. And I thought this is the best way to start. Setup a couple of rings for pull ups, put on a calender in my room to make it a routine to workout. That’s it. Tomorrow I’m gonna start L1D1. I’ve got a strong feeling that this is the beginning of a long successful journey.

    Completed L1D1 an hour back.

    No of Rounds – 30

    Time Taken – 19min 42sec

    I think that’s a good beginning. But still a long long way to go. Looking forward to L1D2 on Wednesday. Planning to do some ab workout on the rest days.

    Did a 5 minute ab workout couple of hours back. Yes, just 5 minutes , but it’s really effective I guess. Will be back tomorrow with my L1D2 results.

    Did L1D2

    Time taken – 5min 01sec

    Didn’t show any signs of sweating. Completed the 5 rounds with about 30-45 secs rest after each round. I think I’ll get through the ‘judgement’ on friday.

    If you’ve achieved thirty rounds on Day 1, you will definitely beat Day 3.

    Did the same ab workout as on Tuesday, this time adding some more reps. But the resting time between sets was around a minute. Gotta reduce that in coming days to get results. Will be back tomorrow with L1D3 results.

    Pull Ups – 10(5+5)

    Push Ups – 21 (10+11)

    Squats – 21 (In an row)

    Time Taken – 4min 37 seconds

    Will be starting L2D1 on Monday. Planning to do some ab workout and cardio in the rest days.

    Did some ab workout for 15 minutes. But its not so effective I guess. Gotta search the web for some killer ab workouts. So that’s the end of week 1, its just the beginning of a long journey.

    Well done! Another Shorty here: male, 24 years old, 5’3 :p. I have 30lb on you though but I’m trying to get that down.

    Impressive week one times – for ABS remember that pull up work them as well so might make it tricky to do as many as you’d like. I’d say leg raises, crunches and sit ups would be my three go-to an excercises, balance with something for the back such as a few planks. Are you looking for more definitions on your tummy?

    Well yes. I’m trying hard for it. Controlled calorie and fat intake and am doing cardios along with ab workouts. I think I’ll get there in two months or so. Thanks for stopping by and giving those tips mate.

    Just completed L2D1.

    Rounds – 33

    Time – 20min 05sec

    Sweated like anything and was finding it hard to complete the last 3 rounds, still I kept pushing. Thanks to the pump up music that was playing. I’m afraid if I overdid it.

    Anyway that was a worthy workout. Looking forward to L2D2 on Wednesday.

    Nice work! With 33 rounds on D1 you have a good chance of making the next level in one go. I’m looking forward to seeing your progress, since we have very similar starting stats for height & weight (although I am not male, of course).
