I’m just curious as to what veggies you recommend and perhaps some interesting ways to cook them. For a while now, the vegetables I eat the most of have been broccoli, cauliflower, and squash. However, all i have really been doing is steaming them and thats fine and dandy but I’m thinking I need to try something different so I don’t get tired of eating the same stuff over and over. Thanks in advance for any tips!
What you mentioned are all great choices I also eat allot
One thing to do is to sauté them in olive oil nothing like some healthy fat to make the vegetables taste better. Another good thing is to cook them with your meat so the meat flavor and fat mixes with them. Also experiment with spices.
