    Day 1 Level 3

    25 rounds in 20 mins. Great workout. Harder than I thought it would be

    Good first week. I’ll probably go for Level 4 next week. My wife even started at level 1 with some assistance on the pullups.

    Week 2 L4 D1

    26 rounds today. I went up from level 3 to 4 and added one extra round compared to last week. I was dripping big time by the time I was done. I would do 5 rounds and rest 30 seconds. I know I’ll be sore tomorrow. I love this workout. I’m able to get it done while my boys take a nap.

    Week 2

    D2 L4 5:23 A definite increase in time compared to level 3

    D3 L4 6:14 Same as above.

    I’ll definitely stay at level 4 for another week or two.

    Level 4 Week 3

    L4 D1 30 Rounds up from 26 last week. I don’t think I’ll top this anytime soon. I did 7 rounds and would rest 30 seconds. The last 9 rounds where untill my timer went off. We’ll see how the rest of the week goes and maybe I’ll move to level 5.

    Week 3

    L4 D2 4:04

    dropped over a min. from last week. I’ve been warming up for about 10 min. and stretching before the workout and it’s been working a lot better.

    Yeah, the warm up helps. I too am a bit on the impatient side. But I do notice this. I have MORE energy after doing a workout I’ve warmed up properly for than when I haven’t.

    I was out of town and missed about 6 days of working out. I started where I left off and could definitely tell that I took some time off and drank to much beer.

    L2 D1 36 rounds

    Started Level 5 today

    D1 L5 21 rounds. Felt like I ran out of steam towards the end (especially with the pull ups). I did the workout on an empty stomach at 9:30 and had breakfast afterwards. I think I’ll eat something first next time and see what happens. I’m trailing behind kscoach but it motivates me to push a little harder. Nice work kscoach

    Things are getting tougher at level 5. I think I’ll be here another couple weeks.

    Been busy and missed a couple days. I finished at L4 D3 —6:09 even though I started off at level 5. I think I’ll start mixing in some cardio on my days off.
