    Hi, Simplefitters!

    Long-time reader, first-time poster. I couldn’t find anything in the archive on the following two questions.

    First, should I be leaving two days between D3 and my next D1? I am on L3.

    Second, on D1, should I be doing reps to the point of exhaustion before taking any kind of break for water during the 20 minutes?

    I do D1 on Monday, D2 on Wednesday and D3 on Friday, so I do get two days rest before D1 starts again. I think since they are called “weeks” you should wait until the next week begins to start again, but I could be wrong.

    You can rest on D1 as needed. Just do as many reps as you can in 20 minutes. Keep the clock running if you take a “break”.
