    32 yo Male

    I have done P90X and got really burned out, then found out about serious body weight workouts, and stumbled onto Paleo diet then found the Primal Blueprint. So, I have been doing that for about 3 months and have progressed pretty far, and now looking for some variety.

    L1D1 – Completed 35 rounds, pacing myself with no breaks. Looking forward to the rest of the levels and workouts.

    L1D2 – 3:24 Good workout. Does anybody do any additional work like practicing handstands or muscle-ups?

    Great (re)start for both D1 and D2. Keep at it! I expect you’ll be back through to L3 pretty quickly.
