Im new to the site and I had a few questions on were I should start. I can do between 6-7 pullups and a slow controlled pace,20 odd pushups at a fast pace and tuns of squats.Any clue on what level I should start at.
Also when it says to do your workout for time how fast are you doing the pullups and pushups.
Ive never been an overly strong guy,running is my sport.I run a 5km in high 17’s and low 18’s but I do want to improve my strength but not put a lot of muscle on.
Try starting around level 4-6, start slow, eventually you want to go as fast as you can and still maintain perfect form and full rom. The speed is more about fast consistant pace without rests than about fast movements.
