I was thinking about adding sit ups to the program sequence, ie L1D1: 1 pull up, 2 pushups, 3 squats, 4 sit ups. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Here is a bunch of core stuff, pick five and cycle through them 5 times. Stop each one when you start to shake allot. Google for them or look on drills and skills.
