    I was thinking about adding sit ups to the program sequence, ie L1D1: 1 pull up, 2 pushups, 3 squats, 4 sit ups. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Here is a bunch of core stuff, pick five and cycle through them 5 times. Stop each one when you start to shake allot. Google for them or look on drills and skills.

    back extension

    front plank

    side plank

    swimmers

    bicycles

    bridge

    quadroped

    lizards

    hip rollers

    superman

    side crunch

    belly angels

    kick backs

    evil wheel

    l-hang

    l-sit

    hallow hold

    body tighteners

    wind shield wipers

    knee’s to chest
