I tried glancing through some of the topics but I didnt find this anywhere. What should be our over all goal before moving to the next level? What I mean is what should I shoot for when doing max rounds in 20 mins, 5 rounds for time, or for time. What would be a good guideline?

I’m in OK shape, and planning on starting at Level 4 on Monday to see if thats a good starting point, but if I can only do 5 rounds in 20 mins I should probably move down but if I do 18-20 rounds in 20 mins then I should probably move higher. Just trying to benchmark where I should start and when to move on.

When your workouts (Day 2 and Day 3) take less than 5 minutes, you should move on to the next level. When they take more than 30 minutes, you should move down a bit.

    Thanks for the response.

Since I can only get to the gym at work on Mon, Wed, Fri and today is Wed I started with a Level 4 Day 2 and did it in 6:14 but it took me a good 10-15 mins to recover. So I think I’m starting at the right level. Hopfully by time I widdle that down to 5 mins my recovery time has improved, man I thought the squats wouldnt be the hardest part. That kicked my butt.
